Recourse for MRSA in Fresno, CA?

Note to victims of MRSA in Fresno. Deadly bacteria, including pathogens from MRSA, breed in raw sewage - they are airborne as well as waterborne. For the City of Fresno to have their risk analyst LIE about the cause behind sewage spills, then disregard the trail of illness, asthma, infections, amputation and death, even refusing to test the soil, is inexcusable and unforgivable.
After reviewing the above link, add this up: It appears that Fresno is the only city in the entire nation to react to the escalation of staph by increasing medical benefits for city employees, while prohibiting reports of what is contributing to the nightmare - discharging of raw sewage. Going as far as to have a Restringing Order issued in order to stop the truth from being exposed.
Fresno - a city that has no older records does not even stand behind the records they do have. How can they? More effort is put into altering plat/parcel maps and deeds to cover up the unauthorized changes and code violations than in looking out for anyone's safety, welfare or best interest.
MRSA has already infiltrated the local schools - expect it to increase as the city continues to keep this covered up. Contact your attorney for recourse; possible class-action lawsuits will be initiated.
